Chair Stretching

Come join Suzi Smith as she guides you through a chair stretching movement program tailored for seniors. This class will guide you through a whole-body stretch as you sit in your chair!  All you need is a long band and a stable chair. This targeted stretching class combines balance and joint mobility exercises to lubricate and strengthen the muscles around your joints. Balance & Core

Come join Suzi for a whole body workout using bands for resistance and strength training. You will improve your posture as you gain mobility, strength, muscle tone, and endurance. Suzi will guide you through all the major muscle groups utilizing bands as you balance using your own body weight for strength training.
